7:00 PM lean ground beef, 2 melba toast rounds, steamed asparagus

Today I took my measurements again:
waist: 29, 28, 27 in.
hip: 37, 36.5, 34.5 in.
thigh: 22.5, 21, 20 in.
stomach: 31.5, 30, 30 in.
chest: 35.25, 34.5, 33.5 in.
bicep: 11.5, 11.5, 10.5 in.
