HCG DIET

Lost .5 Pounds

Day 17

Breakfast-1/2 a grapefruit

Lunch-Salad with 3.5oz chicken, and 6 strawberries cut up with balsamic vinegar

Dinner-3.oz shrimp, and broccoli

I added my stawberries that were my afternoon snack into my salad, which adds a great flavor to my salad. This is one of my new favorite things to eat!!
