HCG Diet

LOST 1 POUND!!

Day 11

Breakfast- 1/2 a grapefruit, coffee

Lunch- 3.5oz grilled chicken, with spinach tomoatoes, and balsamic vinegar

Snack- 1/2 a grapefruit

Dinner- 3.5oz steak, asparagus

Wow, Im half way done. I feel like it has been fairly easy, especially now that I am already seeing results and feeling alot better.
