My advice FOR HOLLY... Do not eat out even one single time...
The diet was made for you to prepare your own food and precisely know your ingredients.
I recommend eating out once you are on maintenance.
I know Rosa's seasons their meat. It has oils which is a NO NO. Most ALL seasoning have msg and sugar... YOU must read labels.
IF THE FOOD YOU EAT DOESN'T HAVE A LABEL... YOU MAYBE FACING BREAKING ONE OF THE DIETS KEY GUIDELINES... WHICH YOU MUST FOLLOW TO ACHIVE OPTIMUM LOSS!!!
THE ONLY FOOD YOU DO EAT THAT DOESNT HAVE A LABEL IS FRESH FRUIT AND VEGGIES. THAT ARE ON THE LIST INCLUDED IN THE STARTER GUIDE!
HAVING ANY SUGAR, OIL OR MSG will cause you not to loose for days... The diet is a a science and its not for convenience. It is for a big loss and a cleanse. It may not be the most fun thing to do as far as variety and such, but it lasts 3 weeks.
Spagetti squash isn't on the list of approved veggies. It is a great idea for a "healthy" alternative to pasta... For the purpose of the diet it is necessary to stick to your greens and such as "tiring" as it might be... IT ALL PAYS OFF IN THE END!
EXAMPLE.... SQUASH (YELLOW VARIETIES 94 CALORIES A SERVING) (GREEN ZUCCHINI 14) SEE THE DIFFERENCES...
THEY ARE TOTALLY DIFFERENT PROPERTIES.
I challenge you to prepare and be precise, and I know you will have a fabulous week and lose to your goal!!!! KEEP IT UP!!!!
