HCG Diet

Lost .4 pounds

Day 13

Breakfast- Apple, with flavored tea

Lunch-3.5oz chicken, in spinach salad with raw broccoli, cauliflower, peppers, and tomatoes, with balsamic vinegar

Snack-apple


Dinner-3.5oz chicken, in spinach salad with a tomatoe

At dinner I try not to mix my vegetables, I try to just have one if possible.
