HCG Diet

Lost 1 pound

Day 18

Breakfast-apple, coffee

Lunch-spinach salad with 3.5oz chicken, 6 strawberries, cucumbers and tomatoes with balsamic vinegar

Dinner-3.5oz steak, with spinach salad

Lost .5 Pounds

Day 17

Breakfast-1/2 a grapefruit

Lunch-Salad with 3.5oz chicken, and 6 strawberries cut up with balsamic vinegar

Dinner-3.oz shrimp, and broccoli

I added my stawberries that were my afternoon snack into my salad, which adds a great flavor to my salad. This is one of my new favorite things to eat!!

Day 14

Apple Day

Eat 6 apples for the day

For some reason I am having a craving for apples, and since my body is platueaing I figured this would be a chance for me to loose a little more. So I am at a total weight loss of 12.5 pounds since I started HCG 14 days ago. Only one more week!!

Day 13

Breakfast- Apple, with flavored tea

Lunch-3.5oz chicken, in spinach salad with raw broccoli, cauliflower, peppers, and tomatoes, with balsamic vinegar


Dinner-3.5oz chicken, in spinach salad with a tomatoe

At dinner I try not to mix my vegetables, I try to just have one if possible.

Today I stayed the same weight

Day 12

Lunch- 3 eggs, substituted for my protein, and a spinach salad with salsa for my dressing

Dinner-3.5oz steak, and broccli

Today I cut out both of my morning and afternoon snacks, and substituted my meat for eggs at lunchtime.
